Army of Two Much Criticism
Got Army of Two through Goozex this week. The game is actually quite a bit better than I expected. I don’t understand how mainstream sites like GameSpot gave it anything less than an 8/10. I mean, the plot is abysmal, the co-op AI partner is awful, but playing it through with an another person in the room makes all those problems insignificant and lets you enjoy an experience easily as satisfying as the co-op campaign in any other big-budget title of recent years. The game isn’t politically correct by any means and the characters aren’t particularly likable, but there are so many nice little touches that make it work. I’d almost describe it as a blend of the co-op campaignsof Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Gears of War. If you look past the fist pounding and random expletives, there’s a lot of strategy to be found with the aggro system, co-op snipe, step jumping, and weapon choice. If you have a friend to play it through with, pick it up.

I AGREE WITH YOU IN SOME THINGS, BUT IN SOME OTHERS I AM NOT,I AGREED WITH YOU THAT IS FUN PLAYING IT WITH ANOTHER REAL PERSON, BUT ALONE ITS JUST FRUSTRATING,I MEAN .. THE GAME MUST BE EQUALLY ENJOYABLE WHEN YOU PLAY BY YOUR SELF AS WHEN YOU PLAY IT WITH A PARTNER. IM DISAPOINTED OF THIS GAME BECAUSE:
EA SHOWED UP A LOT OF THINGS IN THE PUBLICITY THAT ACTUALLY DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE GAME,IT JUST SEEMS LIKE THE GAME WAS NOT COMPLETED AN RUSHED IT UP TO THE STORES AND WE’RE TALKING ABOUT EA ONE OF THE BIGGEST GAME PRODUCERS,AND THEY’RE SALING INCOMPLETE AND MEDIOCRE GAMES. THIS GAME DOESN’T WORTH THE MONEY I’VE PAID FOR IT, THAT ALL.
